General information
A series of flow meters designed for precise flow rate measurement of all compressible fluids with a minimum pressure loss. Accuracies of ±0.5% are available depending on fluid conditions, consult factory for data. The series comprises three basic designs. For low, medium, and high density gases. This variety of design permits accurate flow measurement under operating densities from 0,16 to 240 kg/m3 (at flow ranges from 0,1 to 180 l/s). Virtually any type of clean gas can be measured - argon, air, helium, oxygen, ammonia, methane, nitrogen, etc. Repeatability is ±0.25% of reading. Response, despite the low densities, is a reasonable 10 to 20 milliseconds.

Measuring principle
Turbine meters Cox|Blancett

Turbine meters are volumetric meters. When the fluid passes through, a rotor is activated and the movement is either electronically or mechanically transmitted outside.
Applications
Turbine meters are only for applications with low viscosity fluids and gases.
