Reactor filling with lowest batches

Task:
A reactor is to be filled with lowest gaseous mixtures and integrated flow control.

Solution:
A Cori-flow mass flow meter measures the gaseous mixture and the flow to the reactor is controlled by way of a
ReCo® small control valve and an IP converter.
