The new MoniSonic 4800 is replacing types MoniSonic 4500 and 4600.

MoniSonic 4800 is a clamp-on type ultrasonic flow meter based on transit-time measuring method.
Making full use of the latest electronics and digital signal processing technologies, the new meter has a compact and light weight design, with the same accuracy as former MoniSonic 4600 and easiness to use while keeping anti-bubble performance.

The ModBus RTU communication function is available as option.
New PC software is supplied in standard for the configuration of the flow meter.

With a smaller size than former models, MoniSonic 4800 has 0.2  seconds response time (high speed mode), is suitable for pipe sizes from DN13 up to DN6000 and has protection class IP66.

MoniSonic 4800 can be used with all actual sensors model FLD, FLW and  FLS and is best suitable for a lot of various applications in water flow measurement, food & beverage, the semiconductor industry (pure watermeasurement and general utility water measurement), pumping stations (efficiency improvement of water liftingpump operation by combining with inverter), air conditioning industry  (heating/cooling water flow metering),painting process (especially in the automotive industry), etc.
